Cajun Deviled Eggs

In honor of this week's movie, Project Power, we thought it fitting to offer a snack that paid tribute to New Orleans. These eggs have a little bit kick and are sure to leave you feeling like a super hero. This recipe comes from

What You'll Need

6 Eggs

2 Tablespoons Mayo

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 Cayenne Pepper

Step 1

Place Eggs in a medium sauce pan and fill the pan with water until the eggs are completely covered. Bring to a boil, then remove pan from heat and cover. Let eggs sit, covered for about 11 mins.

Step 2

Fill bowl with water and ice. Transfer eggs from sauce pan to ice water bowl and let them cool. Then peel the eggs. Be careful as you peel as I lost one egg along the way.

Step 3

Cut cooled and peeled eggs in half remove the yokes to a separate bowl. Place egg whites on a plate and set aside. With a fork, mash yokes to combine with mayo, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Carefully place yoke mixture in the center of the eggs.

Step 5

Dust with the cayenne pepper. Then place in a fridge to cool until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
