Garlic Cheese Rolls

I think we can all agree that simple is better. This recipe embodies that concept perfectly. With only a few ingredients, and using pre-made bread dough this is a very easy snack to make. What You'll Need

12 frozen rolls, thawed and allowed to rise

4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

6 oz mozzarella cheese

1/2 parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon parsley paste(I made my own with olive oil and dried parsley)

Step 1

In a small bowl combine the butter, parsley paste, and minced garlic. Prior to this make sure that you have thawed your frozen rolls and allowed them to rise. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Take your rolls and roll out into wide long strip. Then spread the parsley mixture over the rolled out dough, cover with cheese. Roll the strips up and place in a greased baking pan.

Step 3

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
