Healthy Granola

Is there anything better than homemade granola. The savory and sweet combinations, not to mention the fantastic aroma that spreads through your house. This recipe is delicious, easy, and healthy. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.


What You'll Need

4 cups old fashion rolled oats

1 1/2 cups raw nuts

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup dried fruit.









Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine your oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon.

Step 2

Combine the honey, oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Then pour over your oat mixture and coat evenly.

Step 3

Bake for 24 minutes, stirring half way. Then let the granola sit for at least 45 mins to an hour. Once dried mix in dried fruit, and store in an air tight container.
