Honey Sriracha Chex Mix

When I was growing up, my favorite snack of all time was Chex Mix. I loved it so much that it was one of two things I requested for my graduation party (the other thing being Skittles). Today's snack is a sweet and spicy take on that very snack. Try it and let us know what you think.

What You'll Need

3 Cups Corn Chex

3 Cups Rice Chex

1 Cup Waffle Pretzels

1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts

2 Tablespoons Butter

3 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce

2 Tablespoons Honey

3 Cups Popped Popcorn

Step 1

In a large microwaveable safe bowl, combine the rice chex, corn chex, pretzels, and peanuts. Set aside.

Step 2

In a smaller microwavable safe bowl, microwave the butter until it has melted. Then add the sriracha and honey, stir to combine.

Step 3

Drizzle the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly.

Step 4

Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring about two minutes. Then spread the mixture out on to a piece of parchment paper to cool for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

Move the mixture to a snack bowl and add the popcorn. Store in a container with an air tight lid. Enjoy!
